We know that safety and quality are a primary concern at refineries and ethanol plants. At Campbell-Sevey we help you design, build and maintain comfortable working climate that operate at peak efficiency to control your costs.
Plant Managers use the Campbell-Sevey team to work with their engineers in planning and budgeting. We develop energy use priorities, conduct utility systems studies, assist in engineering cost-effective systems and plan timely preventive maintenance programs.
PHASE I: The Audit – Campbell-Sevey will provide a blueprint for eliminating the deficiencies in your steam system: from boiler room issues to distribution piping insufficiencies, equipment failures, and return problems. We will make short-term and long-term recommendations – with the emphasis on cost savings and company pay-back formulas.
PHASE II: Core Projects – Campbell-Sevey will provide solutions designed to improve steam system efficiency and effectiveness. These projects can be implemented by plant personnel or we will work with your preferred installers to give you a successful installation.
PHASE III: Custom Solutions – Campbell-Sevey will provide detailed plans for each capital project recommended by the audit. These project plans will incorporate pre-engineering investigation and a cost/benefit analysis.
